ORGANIC HIBISCUS - Hibiscus tea shows estrogenic effects by promoting phytoestrogens which prevent menopause. Therefore, Hibiscus tea is a very effective drink for women suffering from Menstrual cramps and Menopause.
 As it helps in dealing with painful cramps during your period but it can also help regulate your periods.  It also helps in lowering blood sugar levels and improving one's gut health
 
ORGANIC ROSEHIP- contains vitamin C which can increase how much estrogen the body absorbs. Due to its high levels of antioxidants, rosehip tea may boost your immune system, aid weight loss, reduce joint pain, support healthy-looking skin, and protect against heart disease and type 2 diabetes
 
ORGANIC LEMONGRASS:  Lemongrass might help prevent the growth of some bacteria and yeast. ORGANIC MOTHERWORT: Motherwort is used for heart conditions, including heart failure, irregular heartbeat, fast heartbeat, and heart symptoms due to anxiety. It is also used for the absence of menstrual periods, intestinal gas (flatulence), an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).
 
ORGANIC ORANGE & LEMON PEEL: vitamin C and folate, in citrus fruit, provide smaller amounts of other nutrients, including calcium, potassium, and thiamine (vitamin B1).  
 
 
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of the tea mixture. Steep 3-4 minutes. Caffeine-Free.
